In addition to our groundbreaking research, the Camps laboratory has published methods articles detailing experimental protocols. These articles encompass various techniques, such as error-prone Pol I mutagenesis in vivo, monitoring mutagenesis in liquid culture, and performing conjugation assays. Furthermore, we are actively investigating how experimental conditions impact the efficiency of conjugation, providing valuable insights for future studies in the field.
